There are no right answers

This is not a test you can revise for, and there is no answer key we are marking you against. What we are reading is how you decide — not whether you guessed what we wanted to hear. The most useful thing you can do in the next few minutes is answer as yourself.

What you will see

Timed judgement scenarios drawn from real working situations in your field, a couple of questions you can answer out loud, and a few story moments where you choose what a character should do. The exact mix varies from one run to the next.

At sixty seconds the recording stops itself. Nothing is lost — anything you still want to add goes in the add-or-clarify box, by typing. And if you would rather not speak at all, you can type every answer instead — every other signal scores exactly the same. The one thing typing cannot show is Communication: clarity, structure and how you land a point out loud. That signal is read from speech, so a typed run leaves it at “needs further probing” rather than guessing at it.

What your report will say

Your Snapshot does not give you a mark out of ten. Each thing it looks at comes back in one of three bands:

Your recording, your call

If you speak, the audio goes to our transcription provider and your words are kept exactly as spoken. On the next screen you choose whether we delete the recording after transcription or keep it with your report. Either way the report is yours, and nobody else sees it unless you decide they can.

An integrity layer runs (tab-switch and timing) to confirm the result is genuinely mine. My answers are stored securely to produce my report, and are deletable on request. If I choose to speak my answers, the recording is sent to our transcription provider to be turned into text. My words are kept exactly as spoken; anything I add afterwards is stored separately. I can type instead — it scores the same.

How we handle your data · DPDP notice

What we collect. Your answers to the questions; if you choose to speak, the recording and the text of it; and simple integrity signals — how long you took, and whether the tab was switched.

Why. Only to produce your report, and the credential you can choose to share.

Who can see it. Nobody but you, by default. An employer can open your confidential evaluation only if you switch employer access on for that credential — you can switch it off again at any time, and every download is logged. We never sell your data, never share it for advertising, and never pass it to a recruiter or employer without your consent.

Who processes it for us. Two providers act on our instructions and for no other purpose: a transcription provider turns your recording into text, and an AI provider writes the wording of your report from your answers. Your evidence bands and scores are calculated by us, not by them.

Your gender selection. It changes only which stories you are shown, so the wording fits. It never affects your score, your bands, or anything in your report.

Your rights. Ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent — write to [email protected] and we will act on it. Withdrawing consent after a credential is issued revokes that credential.
