Xpert Lens · Xpert CV

A CV that can prove what it claimsand one that the AI can already understand

Every CV is self-reported, and recruiters know it — so they discount all of it equally. And before any of them sees yours, it has been through software that quietly drops half of what you wrote.

An Xpert CV answers both. Some of its claims trace back to an independent assessment anyone can verify, and it is built so the machines read every word.

The problem

Everyone says they are a good communicator

Here is a real line from a real hiring form. The candidate was asked to rate himself from 1 to 5 on communication, teamwork, presentation, Excel and report-writing.

He wrote 4, 4, 4, 4, 4. Of course he did — there is no reason to write anything else, and nobody on the other side of that form can tell the difference between his 4 and anyone else's.

Somewhere in here is the person the employer actually wants. Nothing on paper tells them which one.

That is the hiring problem in a single row of a form. Not that people lie — most don't. It is that nothing on a CV can be checked, so all of it gets discounted together.

Xpert Lens replaces a handful of those self-ratings with evidence. Not all of them, and we are precise about which — see the methodology.

What an Xpert CV is

Validated, and AI-ready

Two problems, one document. Most CV tools solve neither and sell you templates instead.

Pillar one

Validated by an assessment

Some of your claims stop being your word for it. They are marked as evidenced, tied to a credential ID, and anyone reading your CV can follow the link and check for themselves — including the parts the assessment did not reach, which we state just as plainly.

How it is measured

Pillar two

Built for the machines that read first

One column, no tables, no text boxes, no icons, no skill bars, no photograph, contact details in the body rather than a header. Every one of those is something that causes a parser to drop information — silently, with nobody ever telling the candidate.

Your CV in the age of AI

These are not two features. They are the same argument. AI writes CVs now, so a polished document has stopped being a signal — anyone can produce one in thirty seconds, free. AI reads CVs now, so being machine-readable is the entry ticket rather than an advantage.

Which leaves exactly one thing that is still scarce: a claim somebody can check. That is the part no tool can generate for you, and it is what we build the rest of the document around.

The engine

Xpert Lens

The assessment every Xpert CV is built on. Fifteen minutes of real work situations — several answered out loud — chosen by AI to suit your level and your function, and built on twenty-five years of interviewing candidates for a living.

Human judgement about what to ask. AI to ask it of everybody, to the same standard, every time.

It is the only part of your CV nobody can generate for you.

Take the Snapshot

Around fifteen minutes of real work situations, not a personality quiz. You answer several of them out loud. It reads how you reason and how you land a point — and it is scored on our servers, not in your browser.

Have your CV read

We read it back to you exactly as you wrote it, then show where it does not line up with what your assessment actually evidenced. This read is free and stays available whenever you are ready.

Build your Xpert CV

A CV that separates what you can prove from what is your own account, and is built so the systems reading it do not drop half of it — plus a credential anyone can verify.

What makes the Xpert CV different

Improve your CV without inventing anything

Every AI CV tool on the market will happily give you experience you do not have. That is easy to build and worthless to own — a hiring manager who catches one invented line stops believing the whole document.

Your Xpert CV carries two kinds of statement, and they never look alike:

Independently evidenced
Structures an argument before reaching for a conclusion — demonstrated under time pressure in a keyed assessment, 5 August 2026. Credential XL-4471, verifiable.
The candidate's own account
Ran the vendor negotiation for the Kolkata territory across 14 distributors.

The first is ours to stand behind. The second is yours, and we mark it as yours — because the moment those two blur, the first is worth nothing.

So the advice sounds like this: you cannot claim you led that team. You can honestly say you ran the vendor negotiation, and here is how to phrase it so it lands.

What we will not do

The refusals are the product

On a service selling credibility, what we decline to do says more than any feature list. Each of these is a decision on the record, not a marketing line.
